Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Im not responsible for lost packages after it is shipped. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct.

Refunds or Returns are not acceptable. 

If your item happens to be damaged in the process of shipment, please email (artbyywill.contacts@gmail.com) with pictures and details of the damages along with your order number within 3 days of receiving your order.
