Shipping policy

ALL ORDERS ARE MADE TO ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 WEEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED. This does NOT include shipping time. You will be notified by email once your order is shipped. Tracking numbers will be attached to email provided along with your specific order number. Holidays process times may be longer.

We do NOT ship International orders (sorry! will hopefully offer in the future)

Shipping time does NOT begin until it is dropped off by carrier and has possession of the package. All orders will be shipped with tracking. Once DELIVERED, we are NO LONGER responsible for your order. Please file a Loss Package claim with the shipping carrier. Refunds or reship are NOT acceptable.

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for orders that were delivered to the provided shipping address. Refunds are not allowed due to being delivered to wrong address. THE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED. PLEASE CHECK ALL YOUR INFORMATION. This is to minimize Fraud
